25th December

Latest news: US tour, supporting Semisonic, due for April/May. New album should also be released around this time.


16th December

Witness played their final gigs of the year in Holland over the weekend. The band have now returned to the studio to work on their new album. No future tour dates are planned as of yet.

Also, Witness featured on UK kids show, "Top Ten of Everything" last Friday! The theme of the show that day was "Top Ten New bands" and Witness received a nomination!


4th December

Site is finally up and running. More stuff will be added soon, such as more photos, reviews, articles etc. If anyone has any reviews, articles, photos they would like adding please contact me. Also, if anyone would  like to check the lyrics to the b sides to correct any mistakes (which I'm sure there are probably plenty of!), please do! 

Also, I haven't had chance to test it in different browsers/resolutions or to check for any mistakes/bad links etc. If anyone notices anything that looks wrong please let me know.

Any other feedback would also be appreciated.


31st November:

Witness are now in the studio recording their second album. Apart from the Holland dates, no gigs are planned for the near future.

However, there may be some low key dates around the Bristol / Somerset area in the near future. watch this space for details or check the official site.


Before the Calm, US release date will soon be announced. Date will appear here as soon as it is confirmed. Expect it to be some time around New Year.


Witness have also recently recorded a track that has been commissioned for a major UK TV series. More details will appear here when available.
